Billy's Buying DIY-Blinds Online made easy ...
As a savy consumer, even I need to make sure that I am getting value for money and that when I buy my blinds I am confident in where I purchase them from.
I have come across a fantastic company who makes buying blinds online so easy yet they are really professional and their web site is so user friendly even I can use it. What I also like is that they have an online LiveChat facility which means when I have a question, I don't have to open up my e-mail and then wait for an answer.
I want to walk you through how Cheapa-Blinds works with their online buying facility so you know what I mean.
Firstly what I like about it is that they work in 'STEPS' This means that I know exactly where I am at and don't have to think too hard about what I have already done.
Secondly,
they have support service - by this I mean the LiveChat facility, as well as their call centre but probably more importantly with Cheapa-Blinds you also have your own personal account area. I did a quote online last week and thought before I went ahead I would check with another company .... just to make sure I was getting value for money .... I went into my account area and there it was, checked the prices against the other company and sure enough Cheapa-Blinds was by far cheaper and they had a better delivery service.
Thirdly, and speaking of delivery service, Cheapa-Blinds deliver from their factory to your door by courier. How cool is that? You don't have to worry about trying to fit the blinds in the car, transport them home, or spend time and money doing the walking, because they do it all for you. They delivered my blinds within the time promised and they look fantastic.
Lastly, and I think the most important thing, is that even though they are an online store, they are real people doing business. I was able to speak with them, the customer service was outstanding and any question I asked (no matter how stupid I thought it was) was answered fully and I learned a lot from speaking with them - even on their LiveChat. This is where the confidence factor came into play for me. I never used to buy online, but if there were more companies like Cheapa-Blinds (and I am sure there is) that took the time to ensure every aspect of the sale was covered, then I am sure there would be more of us making the move to Buying Online.
